seventh generation is a company that produces environmentally safe and sustainable products. It is the new consumer fad of going green. With social media and the awareness we have towards the environment, we can safely assume this will impact consumers daily decisions and their budgeting habits. We are referring to people shrinking their carbon footprint. Consumer purchase items that cause less harm to the environment. However, these products can be more expensive at times. Overall Seventh generation resounds to the demands of the consumers wanting more green friendly products within the market.

I believe the consumer trend that seventh generation is missing is the overall affordability. I do know people that will change their budgetary decisions based on what they want to buy and if it's more environmentally friendly or not. However, this does not mean that seventh generation could do more research and design more products that are less expensive to produce but even more sustainable for our environment.
